Logify has no user account and no servers of its own. Everything you log – meals, symptoms, fasting, weight, water, goals and settings – is stored on your iPhone.

iCloud sync

To keep your iPhone and Apple Watch in sync and to bring everything to a new iPhone, Logify syncs your data through your Apple Account’s private CloudKit database. The data lives in your personal iCloud storage, which only your Apple Account can access. We can’t see it.

Turn off sync: iOS Settings → [your name] → iCloud. Your data then stays on the device only.

Fixing sync problems

  • Check that you’re signed in with your Apple Account in iOS Settings and that iCloud is on for Logify.
  • If iCloud needs your confirmation (usually your password), open iOS Settings and tap your Apple Account.
  • If your iCloud storage is full, Logify can’t sync anymore.
  • Syncing can take a few minutes, especially on first launch on a new device.

Export and delete

  • Export: in Settings you can back up all data as a JSON file – to a location of your choice.
  • Delete All Data fully resets Logify on all your devices and in your iCloud.

What else leaves your device?

Only what you trigger yourself: an AI request to Apple Intelligence (Private Cloud Compute) or to your API key’s provider, a search on Open Food Facts or syncing with Apple Health. All details are in the privacy policy.
