If you want to know what doesn’t agree with you, you often hear the same advice: keep a food diary. On paper that’s tedious, and the analysis is left to you. Logify combines both: you log your meals anyway – and add how you felt afterwards in a few taps.
How it works
- Log a meal – by photo, voice, text, barcode or search.
- Rate it – good, so-so or bad, with a tap on the face.
- Log a symptom – bloating, stomach ache, heartburn, diarrhea, nausea, feeling of fullness, headache, fatigue or skin – and link it to the meals of the last 24 hours.
- See the analysis – “Possible Intolerances” shows how often a meal was linked to symptoms, e.g. “Latte macchiato: 6 of 12 times, mostly bloating”.
- Compare days – tap the arrow next to “Possible Intolerances” to open the “Tolerance” view. The calendar marks days with symptoms or poorly tolerated meals in red and days rated “so-so” in yellow. Tap a day to see its meals and symptoms in a timeline.
Who it can help
A diary can help you notice patterns and collect questions for a talk with your doctor or dietitian – for example if you suspect that
- certain meals leave you bloated,
- dairy (lactose) might cause symptoms,
- you react to histamine-rich foods,
- your gut is sensitive to certain dishes with diagnosed IBS.
Important: Logify is not a medical device and does not make a diagnosis. The analysis shows connections in your own entries – not whether a food is the cause. An intolerance, allergy or IBS can only be diagnosed by a doctor. Please don’t change your diet permanently without professional advice.
Good to know
- Your entries live on your iPhone and in your private iCloud – health data never heads to our servers, because we have none.
- Food tolerance tracking always works, even without AI.
- Logify is a one-time purchase. No subscription, no account.
